HELPING PEOPLE GAIN POWER IN THEIR LIVES
BILL CUNNINGHAM
In my freshman and sophomore years at Brigham Young University, I was a C+ student — and that was on a good day. It wasn’t from being a lazy or disinterested student. I studied and did my due diligence. I just was not good at it. I didn’t really know how to effectively study and remember.
During the summer before my junior year, a good friend taught me a remembering technique. Using that one method helped me become a B+ student by the end of my junior year. From there, an A- student my senior year and on through graduate school.
Since that time, I have been passionate about discovering principles and other remembering methods, techniques and systems. In the last several years I have developed and continue to develop my own methods of remembering that relate to everyday living — the remembering challenges we face most every day.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
This is a course in learning to use effective and fun methods of remembering that work in everyday living. We do this with two fundamental principles applied to more than twelve different everyday life situations where good remembering is needed and useful. These principles and methods are made easy to learn.
As we age, many lose confidence in their ability to remember. This is because their minds have not been trained to remember. This course is that training — the how of good remembering regardless of your age.
When you finish this course, if you forget something, you will not only know why, but you will know what to do to remember more effectively the next time.
