Very enlightening! Mr. Cunningham gave us methods (tools) to the next level of “focus” to remember; visualize, sound, etc. He is so knowledgeable and explains the methods well. Even funny! It definitely will change how I proceed in improving my memory. Already has! The tool of imaging has helped immensely.

I thought the presentation was excellent. It was very eye opening. I learned a lot of ways to help me remember.  I discovered that I don’t  focus my attention–but if I focus for 2 seconds I can remember. I am looking forward to putting these new methods into practice.

The presentation was excellent.  Mr. Cuinningham is a speaker who keeps on track and holds the listener’s attention. The material is useful from beginning to end. His use of media was very good. Speaker’s voice was pleasant.  His manner was engaging.  Use of humor was an added bonus.  5 star overall!
